How we got here

We started with a simple complaint from operators: the shift was covered, but nobody could say who had walked through the door at two in the morning.

Today we cover shifts across Navi Mumbai sites and keep the access side documented — requests booked in advance, badges issued against checked papers, every visit closed on the log.

What we value

• Booked, not improvised. Visits are arranged the day before, with a window and a named contact.
• Papers before badge. Nobody is issued access on a verbal assurance, at any hour.
• The log is the truth. If it is not signed out, it is not finished.
